Controlled Injection Speed

Mesotherapy injection involves multiple shallow micro-punctures, and many patients are concerned about pain and downtime. Research reports suggest that a slower injection speed may help reduce pain, redness, and product leakage ※1. We therefore use a slow, precise mesotherapy gun technique for every session. (Based on small-scale clinical data; individual results may vary.)

Sequential Anesthesia by Zone

Topical anesthetic cream loses effectiveness over time. We apply numbing cream to the entire face first, then wipe and inject area by area — aiming to complete each zone within the anesthetic"s peak effectiveness window.

As a result, our mesotherapy treatment sessions may take slightly longer than at other clinics, so please allow sufficient time for your visit.

If combining with regenerative medicine options, additional time is required for cell culture in advance, or for same-day blood draw and centrifugation. Please refer to each treatment"s dedicated page for details.

Scalp treatments can be performed either manually or with a mesotherapy gun, depending on your hair and scalp condition.

How Often Should You Get Mesotherapy?

A question we hear constantly is: how many mesotherapy sessions do you actually need? The honest answer depends on your chosen ingredients, target area, and current skin or scalp condition. Below are our four most recommended protocols for mesotherapy skin rejuvenation:

Treatment Process

1. Medical Questionnaire & Consultation

We review your target areas, desired outcomes, medical history, and current medications, and walk you through the available ingredients and treatment options.

2. Physician Examination & Informed Consent

Your physician assesses your skin or scalp condition and recommends the ideal combination of area and ingredient. After a full explanation of the procedure and its risks, you"ll sign an informed consent form if you wish to proceed.

3. Anesthesia (approx. 40 minutes)

4. Mesotherapy Injection

Treatment time varies by area:

• Face: approx. 40 min
• Neck: approx. 20 min
• Both hands: approx. 20 min
• Scalp: approx. 30 min

When treating multiple areas, treatment times are combined. Actual duration may vary depending on your skin condition and ingredient combination.

5. Post-Treatment Soothing Mask

For face, neck, and hand treatments, we apply a RegenSkin Mask for approximately 15 minutes to calm the skin after mesotherapy injection. (Not included for scalp treatment.)

Please understand that treatment may be declined for safety reasons.

A numbing cream will be applied before the procedure to minimize pain, but some discomfort may still be felt depending on the treatment area.

Post-Treatment Precautions

• You may wash your face and take a shower on the same day as the procedure. (Avoid rubbing or pressing the treated area.)
• Makeup can be applied from the next day.
• Avoid using exfoliating products such as Hydroquinone, Tretinoin, Salicylic Acid, and Glycolic Acid for three days after the procedure to prevent skin irritation.
• To reduce the risk of hyperpigmentation, avoid friction on the skin and take proper sun protection and moisturizing measures during the treatment period.
• Swelling, redness, or inflammation may occur for a few days after the treatment. Avoid strenuous exercise, sauna use, and alcohol consumption.
• In rare cases, bacterial infections may occur. If you experience persistent pain, redness, or inflammation, please contact our clinic immediately.

Side Effects & Downtime

• There are individual differences in the occurrence of symptoms, but please understand the potential for side effects before undergoing the procedure.
• Swelling and Redness... Swelling, redness, or small indentations from the injection may occur at the treatment site and usually subside within a few hours to days.
• Bruising... Bruising may occur. Depending on the severity, it typically improves within a few days to two weeks.
• Injection Needle Marks... Red marks from the injection needle may appear immediately after the procedure, but they generally improve within a few days.
• Allergic Reactions... Rarely, symptoms such as redness, itching, or rash-like reactions may occur.
• Pigmentation... Pigmentation may occur after the procedure.
